From its inception, the main focal point of The Office Doctor has always been to keep your equipment and your business running with its Award Winning Service. Unlike many others in our industry, our customers are much more than a “box sale”.

From its humble beginnings of 2 guys working from their cars back in 1995, then getting their first shop space on Blackwell Street in the fall of 1997, the company has grown ever since and 14 years ago, settled into a 4,000 square foot office located in the Canotek business park.  Picking up new clients along the way from home based to small, medium and large businesses, as well as many government departments.  “We are a company that sincerely cares about our clients.  We appreciate the fact that they have a job to do, and The Office Doctor is here to help that happen.” says Dan.  “And although we sell office equipment, the key factor of our success has always been “response”.  We are much more responsive to our customers than any of the larger companies could ever dream of being.” he adds.  The Office Doctor also conducts equipment sales with a refreshing attitude, one that is void of any high pressure sales tactics or manipulations.  It is with mutual respect and a more casual yet professional approach that sets the tone of the business relationship, one that more and more people have come to discover.
